CANCELLATION POLICY
At The Wax Ko., we value your time and ours. To maintain a smooth and elevated experience for all clients, please review our booking policies below: Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. No-Show Policy Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. After two no-show appointments, the second missed appointment will be charged 100% of the service total. Late Policy For appointments scheduled at 15 minutes, a 7-minute grace period is allowed. After 7 minutes, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and a 20% cancellation fee will apply. Our Commitment to You While we understand that life happens, we hold ourselves to the same standard. If we are ever late or need to cancel your appointment, you will receive 20% off your next service as a courtesy.
